I am a girl who is ambitious. But I didnt always know that. It wasn’t until my husband told me it’s one of the things he loves most about me, that anyone had ever planted that word in my palm. I turned it over and examined it and was intrigued. Am I ambitious? Yeah, I guess I am.
I will never forget sitting in my bed, reading your book during covid. God has placed a tenacity in you that is a gift to the world. Maybe that’s ambition; you’ll know that best. I just know I’m glad you’re speaking and letting the drive in you do some driving!
In American culture it's ok for men to have ambition but women. I'm glad you are owning that about yourself. I'm working on moving from tolerating my Imperfections to honoring them.
