You know those people you meet and it’s like, an instant connection? That’s how I feel about Dr. Sonya Anderson, the Executive Director of the organization, Together Rising. Together Rising is an organization that I am proud to be on the board of, and when Sonya asked if I would join her for a conversation in celebration of Juneteenth, the answer was a very fast YES.
